What is our DIAP?

DIAP is our Disability Inclusion Action Plan. It’s about making sure people of all abilities can use our services.

Physical, sensory, mental health or learning disabilities should never be a barrier to getting free legal help. Our DIAP is all about taking extra time to listen, providing information in easy-to-use formats and making sure our premises are accessible and welcoming.
